Describe in some detail how you use your employing organization's financial reports in decision making. You should include the organization where you work, your responsibilities as well as how you use the reports.
Give a specific example of how you or your organization decision making body were/was able to make a better decision based on the financial information OR give an example of a decision that was made without adequate reference to financial information available - how could your decision have been improved?
